Premiere Napa Valley is an annual, trade only, futures wine auction. We managed all aspects of the event marketing — save the date mailer, invitation package, lot catalog, poster, and branded bidding paddles. In addition to these elements we designed the wine labels for all 100+ lots.

Project: Event Invitation Client: MedSeek

MedSeek wanted a very high response rate for a champagne reception they were holding at a trade event. We developed this unique concept that was mailed to clients prior to the trade show. Besides a marketing pitch the package included a champagne glass to bring to the reception. The event was a sell out and created a great deal of buzz in the months following.

Project: Event Invitation Client: PC Computing Magazine

PC Computing were presenting their annual MVP Awards at the Hard Rock Cafe in Las Vegas with a retro music theme. We developed this invitation package and all on-site signage.

Project: Event Marketing Materials Client: Napa Valley Vintners Association

The Napa Valley Wine Auction materials include over 25 components produced over 10+ months. The event theme was “Sentimental Journey” so we researched the valley’s history and anchored the design in the 40’s when all began. Momentos and photos collected formed the basis for intimate scrapbook collages — a theme that was repeated throughout.

Project: Event Invitation Client: Sorrent

Rather than a standard invitation we created a series of wearable masks (Mardi Gras theme) using artwork from Sorrent’s mobile phone games. They were mailed in clear envelopes and reinforced by an eblast campaign. Over 50% came wearing the masks.

Project: Event Invitation Client: ALS Association (Lou Gehrig's Disease)

ALS was hosting a very special event of AAA San Francisco elite to honor socialite and philanthropist Dede Wilsey. The invitation “gift” we designed was hand delivered to each invitee by talent wearing tuxedos traveling throughout the Bay Area in vintage limos. The event was a sell out.
